1. A method comprising: determining a radio link failure (RLF) of a first connection with a network; establishing a second connection the network, and transmitting, for an active bandwidth part (BWP), a report to the network in a UEInformationResponse message including a RLF report, wherein, when a RadioLinkMonitoringConfig is configured, the RLF report indicates channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) indices of a plurality of CSI-RS radio link monitoring (RLM) configuration bitmaps, wherein the plurality of CSI-RS RLM bitmaps indicate CSI-RS RLM configurations for the active BWP.
