1. A system, comprising;
a virtual private network on a provider network; and
a control plane implemented by one or more devices on the provider network configured to:
receive a request that specifies a new IP address range to be added to the virtual private network on the provider network;
verify that the new IP address range does not overlap with one or more other IP address ranges associated with the virtual private network; and
configure the new IP address range in the virtual private network.
