1. A method of using berbamine dihydrochloride or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, comprising:

contacting berbamine dihydrochloride or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as a virus inhibitor with the virus, wherein the virus is a virus of Filoviridae and/or Arenaviridea.
