1. An organic electroluminescent structure, comprising:
a base substrate;
a passivation protective layer provided at a side of the base substrate, wherein a plurality of inner cutting portions arranged at intervals are provided at a side of the passivation protective layer facing away from the base substrate, each of the inner cutting portions has a first surface towards the base substrate and a second surface away from the base substrate, an orthographic projection of the first surface on the base substrate is within an orthographic projection of the second surface on the base substrate, there is a non-zero distance between an edge of the first surface and an edge of the second surface, and a groove is provided between two adjacent ones of the inner cutting portions and is formed as an inner cutting structure;
an anode layer comprising a plurality of anodes arranged at intervals, and each of the anodes is correspondingly provided on the second surface, an orthographic projection of the anode on the second surface is within the second surface and has a non-zero distance from the edge of the second surface;
an organic light-emitting functional layer having a hole injection layer, a thickness of the inner cutting portion is greater than that of the hole injection layer, the hole injection layer is partitioned into a plurality of hole injection blocks arranged at intervals by the inner cutting portions, and each of the hole injection blocks is correspondingly provided on the anode; and
a cathode layer provided at a side of the organic light-emitting functional layer facing away from the anode layer.
