1. A resource scheduling method for use in a base station, comprising:
receiving semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration information sent by a radio resource control (RRC) layer, the SPS configuration information including a period of SPS, and the period of SPS indicating a time interval between two adjacent scheduling subframes;
determining, according to the SPS configuration information and reference information, a location of a short transmission time interval (sTTI) resource activated in a target scheduling subframe comprising a plurality of sTTI resources, wherein the reference information comprises sTTI configuration information; and
providing an activation parameter according to the sTTI resource activated in the target scheduling subframe, so as to generate an activation notification containing the activation parameter for notifying a terminal of the sTTI resource activated in the target scheduling subframe.
