1. A method, comprising:
receiving, by a system comprising a processor, first capability data representative of a first capability of a first network cell;
receiving, by the system, second capability data representative of a second capability of a second network cell that is a neighbor cell of the first network cell; and
splitting, by the system based on a difference between the first capability and the second capability, the first network cell and the second network cell onto a first network slice and a second network slice, respectively.
