1. A skin layer of a superconducting tape, comprising a woven mesh structure and disposed on a surface of the superconducting tape;
wherein the woven mesh structure has a woven mesh opening of 5 mm2 to 15 mm2 to prevent a formation of a vapor layer of liquid nitrogen and ensure a heat exchange between the superconducting tape and the liquid nitrogen.
