1. One or more non-transitory computer-readable media maintaining instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, program the one or more processors to perform operations including:
receiving, by a merchant device of a merchant and from one or more servers of a payment processing service (PPS), information for an item, wherein the information is based at least in part on transaction data corresponding to a plurality of sales of the item by a plurality of merchants, and wherein the information for an individual sale of the plurality of sales comprises a corresponding sales price for the item;
storing, in a memory associated with the merchant device, the information;
based at least in part on the information, determining first estimated sales of the item in a period at a first price;
causing presentation, via a user interface of a display associated with the merchant device, of (i) an interactive graphic element indicating at least the first price, and (ii) the first estimated sales;
receiving, via the user interface, a single user input directly to the interactive graphic element, wherein the single user input designates a second price;
responsive at least in part to receiving the single user input and based at least in part on the information, determining second estimated sales of the item in the period at the second price in near real time; and
causing presentation, via the user interface, of (i) an indication of at least the second price in association with the interactive graphic element, and (ii) the second estimated sales.
