1. A method of treating a swine with a porcine-derived interferon-δ5 for inhibiting pathogens of porcine viral diarrhea, comprising: administering to the swine the porcine-derived interferon-δ5;
wherein the pathogens of porcine viral diarrhea comprise one or more selected from the group consisting of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV), porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV), porcine delta coronavirus (PDCoV) and porcine rotavirus (PRoV); and
the porcine-derived interferon-δ5 comprises an amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2.
