1. A method comprising:
receiving, by a wireless device configured to communicate via at least a first cell and a second cell, configuration parameters comprising:
a carrier indicator field, associated with the first cell, in the second cell, wherein the second cell is configured to cross-carrier schedule the first cell, and wherein the carrier indicator field employs a range of values smaller than a range of values employed by a cell index field of the first cell;
receiving, via the second cell, downlink control information (DCI), indicating resources of the first cell, comprising the carrier indicator field indicating a carrier indicator field value associated with the first cell; and
receiving a packet via the resources of the first cell.
