1. A method comprising:
transmitting, by a base station during a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring occasion of a cell, first downlink control information (DCI) and second downlink control information (DCI), wherein the first DCI and the second DCI indicate a same physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource based on the first DCI and the second DCI being transmitted during the PDCCH monitoring occasion; and
receiving, via the PUCCH resource, hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information.
