1. A surgical access device, comprising:
a cannula body including a housing and an elongated portion extending distally from the housing, the elongated portion defining a longitudinal axis and a channel;
an anchor disposed in mechanical cooperation with the elongated portion of the cannula body and being longitudinally translatable relative to the elongated portion;
a first suture retention mechanism extending laterally from the anchor, wherein a suture-receiving channel is defined between a portion of the first suture retention mechanism and a portion of the anchor; and
a foam sleeve radially surrounding at least a portion of the elongated portion of the cannula body and disposed distally of the anchor.
