1. A method for performing, by a first device, long-term evolution (LTE) sidelink (SL) transmission, the method comprising:
obtaining a minimum latency related to a first timing offset based on a capability of the first device;
transmitting, to a base station, a user equipment (UE) capability information message including information regarding the minimum latency;
receiving, from the base station through a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling of the LTE SL transmission, wherein the DCI includes information regarding the first timing offset related to the minimum latency, information regarding a second timing offset related to activation of a SL semi persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration, index information of the SL SPS configuration, and information representing activation or release of the SL SPS configuration; and
performing the LTE SL transmission based on the DCI,
wherein the first device is not allowed to perform the LTE SL transmission earlier than a time which is obtained based on a sum of the first timing offset and the second timing offset, and
wherein the LTE SL transmission including physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) transmission and physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) transmission.
