1. A computer-implemented method for providing user data for a user in a cellular network, the method comprising:
receiving, at a client system from a computing device of a requesting entity, an HTTP POST request including a user identifier of a user and a zero duration notification;
in response to receiving the HTTP POST request, executing a first login with a network control node;
executing a first logout out of the network control node;
executing a second login with the network control node;
querying the network control node for user data based on the user identifier;
receiving the user data in response to the query;
executing a second logout of the network control node; and
transmitting the user data to the computing device of the requesting entity.
