1. An information processing system comprising:
an information processing apparatus configured to:
store sound information of a plurality of sounds output from parts when malfunctioning, each of the sounds being associated with a timing of the malfunctioning, and
in response to an inquiry indicating a malfunctioning part and a timing of malfunction of the malfunctioning part, transmit sound information of one or more of the sounds associated with the malfunctioning part and the timing; and
an image processing apparatus including:
a display device,
a network interface configured to communicate with the information processing apparatus, and
a processor configured to:
generate a first screen for display on the display device and on which one of a plurality of malfunctioning parts of the image processing apparatus and one of a plurality of timings are selectable,
when a first malfunctioning part and a first timing are selected on the first screen, control the network interface to transmit a first inquiry indicating the first malfunctioning part and the first timing to the information processing apparatus, and
upon receipt of sound information of one or more first sounds in response to the first inquiry, generate error information indicating the malfunctioning part and including the sound information.
