1. A mobile phone, comprising:
a housing; and
a cooling system including a plurality of active cooling cells and residing in the housing, the plurality of active cooling cells being configured to utilize vibrational motion of a plurality of cooling elements therein to drive a fluid for a heat-generating structure such that the mobile phone has a coefficient of thermal spreading (CTS) greater than 0.5 for a steady-state power generated by the mobile phone of at least five Watts, and an external surface temperature of the housing of not more than a standard temperature for the mobile phone for the steady-state power of five Watts, the plurality of cooling element residing within the housing;
wherein the cooling system has a total height not exceeding two millimeters.
