1. An architecture of radio frequency front-end, comprising:
a power amplifier module integrated duplexer (PAMiD); an antenna; and
at least one tunable matching network;
wherein the PAMiD comprises a power amplifier, and the at least one tunable matching network is located between the power amplifier and the antenna, and is configured to adjust the impedance of the output end of the power amplifier and/or the impedance of the input end of the antenna;
wherein the PAMiD further comprises a first switch, a second switch and a plurality of branches located between the first switch and the second switch; and
wherein each of the plurality of branches comprises a filter or a duplexer, and the input end and the output end of the filter or the duplexer are provided with an input matching network and an output matching network, respectively.
