1. A power generation and delivery system comprising:
a pulse width modulator generator configured to generate a pulse width modulated (PWM) signal Q(0) comprising at least a pair of PWM pulses with each of the PWM pulses having a pulse width w and each of the pair of pulses locked in phase and frequency to a reference signal VREF(Θ) wherein the generated PWM signal Q(0) has a phase shift φ relative to the reference signal VREF(Θ).
