1. A method of handling emergency services telephony calls within a communication system, the method comprising:
forming a consolidated account structure by associating two or more emergency services accounts, each emergency services account characterized by a distinct call type indicative of a specific methodology for processing location data, and each emergency services account comprising multiple endpoint records, wherein each endpoint record is uniquely identifiable across the consolidated account structure;
receiving an emergency services call request via a first point of presence, the emergency services call request comprising an endpoint identifier;
determining a call type of the emergency services call request based on a presence or absence of location data within the emergency services call request, wherein the call type is a static type or dynamic type;
identifying a particular emergency services account from the consolidated account structure based on the endpoint identifier, wherein the identifying comprises determining which emergency services account of the consolidated account structure comprises an endpoint record corresponding to the endpoint identifier; and
facilitating processing of the emergency services call request based on the call type and the particular emergency services account.
