1. A virtual payment card provisioning system, comprising:
a processor coupled to a memory that includes instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:
request information about an individual, including a browser profile identifier, in response to a request from a primary cardholder to add the individual as an authorized user;
compute a risk score associated with adding the individual as an authorized user based on the information;
control further processing based on a result of a comparison between the risk score and a predetermined threshold;
generate a virtual payment card linked to an account of a primary cardholder that enables an online purchase with the virtual payment card; and
initiate addition of the virtual payment card as a payment method to a browser profile of the individual on a network-accessible computing resource based on the browser profile identifier.
