1. A method comprising:
activating an augmented reality component in a camera view user interface of an application hosted at a device, the camera view user interface including output of a digital image sensor of a camera of the device;
detecting anchor points assigned to respective segments of a person image in the camera view user interface;
determining that the detected anchor points include a set of anchor points representing a full body of a person;
in response to determining that the detected anchor points include the set of anchor points representing the full body of the person, causing display of a user selectable element in the camera view user interface, the user selectable element being engageable without physical contact with the device to trigger an action by the application using the augmented reality component; and
in response to engagement of the user selectable element with a trigger segment of the person image, triggering the action.
