1. A method comprising:
receiving first yield data;
applying one or more first filters to the first yield data to select first outlier data from the first yield data;
generating first filtered data from the first yield data by removing the first outlier data from the first yield data;
in response to generating the first filtered data, selecting second outlier data from the first filtered data by applying, to the first filtered data, one or more spatial outlier detectors that are different than the one or more first filters;
wherein applying, to the first filtered data, the one or more spatial outlier detectors comprises processing, using the one or more spatial outlier detectors, one or more subsets of the first filtered data for each first filtered data item from the first filtered data;
generating second filtered data from the first filtered data by removing the second outlier data from the first filtered data; and
generating and causing displaying a graphical representation of the second filtered data.
