1. A system, comprising:
a processor configured to:
receive a selection of an imported ontological subgraph to import into an annotation of input data;
present at least a portion of the imported ontological subgraph in a user interface associated with editing the annotation of the input data;
receive, via the user interface, a first user input to associate a first selected portion associated with the input data with a previously defined node associated with the presented at least portion of the imported ontological subgraph;
update the annotation of the input data based at least in part on the first user input and the imported ontological subgraph; and
receive a second user input to associate a second selected portion associated with the input data to a portion of the annotation; and
a memory coupled to the processor and configured to provide the processor with instructions.
