1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:
receiving, by a ride matching system from a rider mobile device, a transportation request comprising a pickup location and a destination location;
determining a transportation route between the pickup location and the destination location of the transportation request;
determining a typical route associated with a driver mobile device;
based on determining a compatibility between the typical route of the driver mobile device and the transportation route, providing, for display via a user interface of the driver mobile device, a digital map portraying the typical route of the driver mobile device and the transportation route of the transportation request; and
based on a user interaction via the user interface of the driver mobile device, transmitting instructions to the driver mobile device to perform the transportation request.
