a second valve arrangement including a second valve member associated with the second port of the tubular body,
wherein the first valve arrangement and the second valve arrangement are configurable to,
lock in a first locked configuration with the tubular body, such that the first port is closed and the second port is closed;
lock in a second locked configuration with the tubular body, such that the first port is open to allow an activation fluid to flow into an activation chamber configured to expand and place the down hole apparatus in contact with a wall of a wellbore, and the second port is closed; and
lock in a third locked configuration with the tubular body, such that the first port is closed to the activation chamber and the second port is open to allow reservoir fluid into the tubular body.
