1. An organic compound having a structure represented by Formula I:

Y is any one selected from the group consisting of O, S, N—RN1, CRC1RC2, O═S═O, SiRS1RS2, O═P—Ar1, and S═P—Ar2;
RN1, RC1, RC2, RS1, and RS2 are each independently any one selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 straight or branched chain alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C40 aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C40 heteroaryl;
Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently any one selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C40 aryl and substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C40 heteroaryl;
L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, and L6 are each independently any one selected from the group consisting of a single bond, substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C40 arylene and substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C40 heteroarylene;
R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, and R6 are each independently any one selected from the group consisting of deuterium, halogen, cyano, substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 straight or branched chain alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkoxy, substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkylthio, substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C20 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C40 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C40 arylamine, substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C40 heteroaryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C40 nonaromatic heterocyclyl;
n1, n4, n5, n6, m1, m4, m5, and m6 are each independently an integer of 0-4; and
n2, n3, m2, and m3 are each independently an integer of 0-3.
