1. An aircraft wing, comprising:
a spar that is at least partially enclosed within a sheath;
a de-ice heater blanket coupled to the sheath to provide heating of at least a portion of the sheath;
an outer closure positioned between the spar and the de-ice heater blanket;
an inner closure positioned between the spar and the de-ice heater blanket proximate the outer closure; and
one or more contacts configured to deliver electrical power to the de-ice heater blanket,
wherein the one or more contacts are positioned between the inner closure and the outer closure at a location between the sheath and the spar.
