1. A handle height adjusting mechanism comprising:
an upper fixing base;
a lower fixing base pivotable to the upper fixing base; and
an engaging component movably disposed between the upper fixing base and the lower fixing base in an axial direction of the engaging component and for engaging with the upper fixing base and the lower fixing base, the engaging component comprising a protrusion protruding in the axial direction,
wherein
the engaging component is a gear including a plurality of gear teeth on a circumference of the gear, and
the protrusion is at least partially positioned between two adjacent gear teeth among the plurality of gear teeth and on the circumference of the gear.
