1. An information processing device, comprising a control unit that extends an operating time of an air conditioner provided in a vehicle when the control unit determines that a user is present within a predetermined range from the vehicle at a predetermined timing when a predetermined operating time has elapsed from a start of pre-air conditioning inside the vehicle by the air conditioner, wherein
the control unit determines whether the user is present within the predetermined range from the vehicle based on whether an electronic key associated with the vehicle is present within the predetermined range from the vehicle, and
the predetermined range is a range where snow removal operation is performed by the user for removing snow accumulated around the vehicle,
wherein during the extended operating time of the air conditioner, the control unit increases a first set temperature of the air conditioner inside the vehicle from a second set temperature of the air conditioner, and
the second set temperature is a temperature of the air conditioner set during a normal period of the operating time of the air conditioner from the start of the pre-air conditioning to the predetermined timing.
