1. A clamping system operatively associated with a tubular workpiece comprising:
a base including a first arm and a second arm, wherein the first and second arms are pivotally connected and secured to the base;
a frame mounted on the tubular workpiece for rotation about a first longitudinal axis (X), wherein the first and second arms are biased together for securing the tubular workpiece therebetween, the tubular workpiece being aligned with the first axis (X), wherein the frame defines a plurality of outwardly extending members spaced from an exterior surface portion of the tubular workpiece, wherein the plurality of outwardly extending members each include an associated one of a plurality of grab members at a respective distal end portion thereof spaced from the exterior surface portion of the tubular workpiece;
a saw assembly or a pipe-working tool assembly removably secured to one of the base and the frame, wherein the saw assembly includes a blade rotatable about a second axis (A) spaced parallel to the first axis (X), wherein the blade includes an edge portion spaced between the first and second axes (X,A) and adapted for cutting the tubular workpiece.
