1. A genome extraction device, comprising:
an outer chamber partitioned into a plurality of first spaces by an outer chamber partition wall;
a bead chamber coupled to the outer chamber through upper openings of the plurality of first spaces and partitioned into a plurality of third spaces by bead chamber partition walls and in which beads required for genome extraction and amplification are accommodated in the third spaces; and
a base plate coupled to a lower portion of the outer chamber and having a plurality of flow paths communicating with the plurality of first spaces and formed on an upper surface of the base plate,
wherein upper openings of the plurality of third spaces are covered by a third sealing member, and lower openings of the plurality of third spaces communicate with the plurality of first spaces and the plurality of flow paths and form a closed flow path,
wherein the plurality of third spaces comprise:
a first bead chamber in which the beads required for genome amplification are accommodated;
a second bead chamber in which the beads required for genome extraction are accommodated; and
a dehumidification chamber disposed between the first bead chamber and the second bead chamber, and
wherein a first dehumidifying unit for dehumidifying an inside of the first bead chamber is installed inside the dehumidification chamber, and a second dehumidifying unit for dehumidifying an inside of the second bead chamber is installed in the second bead chamber, and
wherein a first bead chamber partition wall of the bead chamber partition walls for partitioning the first bead chamber and the dehumidification chamber is provided to have a lower height than a second bead chamber partition wall of the bead chamber partition walls for partitioning the second bead chamber and the dehumidification chamber.
