1. A method comprising:
rendering, using a computing device, graphical output corresponding to an instance of a game;
encoding, using the computing device, the graphical output corresponding to the instance of the game in a game stream;
transmitting, using the computing device, the game stream to a client device for display at the client device, the client device being remotely located with respect to the computing device;
receiving an indication to store at least a portion of the game stream as a highlight;
analyzing, using the computing device and based at least on the indication, system information corresponding to the client device;
determining, using the computing device and based at least on the analyzing, to cause the client device to store the at least the portion of the game stream as the highlight; and
transmitting, using the computing device and based at least on the determining, a signal to the client device to cause the client device to store the at least the portion of the game stream as the highlight.
