1. A valve assembly comprising:
a pipe fitting through which a gas is configured to flow, the pipe fitting comprising an inlet, a first outlet, and a second outlet, the inlet of the pipe fitting being configured to connect to an open port of a fire suppression sprinkler system so that the gas flows from the fire suppression sprinkler system into the pipe fitting and out through the first and second outlets of the pipe fitting;
an inert gas analyzer connected to the first outlet of the pipe fitting, the inert gas analyzer being positioned so that the gas flowing from the first outlet of the pipe fitting passes in front of the inert gas analyzer, the inert gas analyzer being configured to measure an inert gas content of the gas flowing in front of the inert gas analyzer;
a vent valve comprising an inlet and an outlet, wherein the second outlet of the pipe fitting is upstream of the inlet of the vent valve, is upstream of the first outlet of the pipe fitting, and connects directly upward to the inlet of the vent valve, the vent valve being operable to move between an open position and a shut position; and
a discharge orifice connected to the outlet of the vent valve, the discharge orifice discharging the gas to the outside environment when the vent valve is in the open position.
