1. A system, comprising:
a plurality of vibration modules, each vibration module of the plurality of vibration modules configured to provide a vibration to a respective predetermined back-side body site of a user;
a light-providing member configured to provide light at a plurality of light positions viewable opposite the plurality of vibration modules; and
a controller operably connected to the plurality of vibration modules and the light-providing member, the controller configured to control at least one of a light characteristic of the light provided by the light-providing member and a vibration characteristic of the vibration provided by said each vibration module, wherein
the light-providing member is configured to cause light to appear at respective light positions of the plurality of light positions in a predetermined, repeatable sequence with predetermined characteristics including at least one of color, intensity, saturation, duration, and periodicity for each light position.
