1. A surgical patient support top for use with a foundation frame, the surgical patient support top comprising:
a support frame including a first rail, a second rail spaced apart from and parallel to the first rail, and a cross beam extending from the first rail to the second rail, and
a motion coupler including a connector configured to be coupled to the foundation frame, and a joint coupled to the connector and coupled to the cross beam of the support frame to slide and shift relative to the cross beam, wherein the joint includes an arm extending from the connector and into a beam slot formed in the cross beam.
