16. An inserter for treating glaucoma, comprising:
a housing having a distal portion and a longitudinal axis;
a needle assembly, coupled to the distal portion of the housing, comprising an adjustment component and a needle coupled to the adjustment component, wherein the adjustment component is movable to rotate the needle relative to the longitudinal axis of the housing; and
a plunger within a lumen of the needle, wherein the plunger is moveable, relative to the needle, to result in an axial force on a shunt disposed within the lumen.
