1. A method, comprising:
removably coupling a handpiece including a drive component to a housing;
configuring a scalpet assembly to include a scalpet array comprising at least one scalpet configured to rotate in response to force of the drive component;
removably coupling the scalpet assembly to the housing and the drive component to harvest dermal plugs from a donor site via fractional resection;
coupling a collection chamber to the housing to collect the dermal plugs, wherein the collection chamber includes a loading port configured to receive a cannular syringe;
forming an injectable filler in the collection chamber by mincing the dermal plugs and mixing the dermal plugs with a carrier, wherein the injectable filler is configured for bulk fill including at least one of biomechanical bulk fill and reconstructive bulk fill.
