1. An endoscope for use with a tool shaft, the endoscope comprising:
an elongated shaft extending about a longitudinal axis and having a diameter and a shaft passage extending therethrough, the elongated shaft comprising an outer sleeve;
a working channel sleeve extending within the elongated shaft and having a working channel;
an elastomeric body at a distal end of the elongated shaft, the elastomeric body having a bore in fluid communication with the shaft passage, the elastomeric body including a working channel portion that is in fluid communication with the working channel and is deformable between a collapsed configuration and an expanded configuration, wherein an inferior portion of the elastomeric body is coupled to the working channel portion, wherein the inferior portion comprises a lower elasticity than a superior portion of the elastomeric body;
a sensor housing positioned within the elastomeric body;
an image sensor and at least one LED disposed within the sensor housing; and
wherein advancement of the tool shaft through the working channel and into the working channel portion moves the working channel portion from the collapsed configuration to the expanded configuration.
