1. A method for reducing a survival rate of Nilaparvata lugens (Stål), comprising:
injecting 0.05 μl of PIGM double-stranded RNA (dsPIGM) into the Nilaparvata lugens (Stål) for interference; the PIGM gene having a nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.1; and
inhibiting the gene encoding mannosyltransferase I.
