1. A cooling apparatus comprising:
a manifold two-phase blade-jet assembly unit comprising:
a manifold;
a plurality of interior device blade units;
a plurality of exterior device blade units; and
a sample holder system,
wherein the cooling apparatus is configured to form a plurality of liquid cryogen jets and a plurality of vapor cryogen jets.
