1. A targeting vector comprising:
(i) a nucleic acid sequence encoding a functional chimeric human/mouse CD3ϵ protein that comprises an extracellular domain of a human CD3ϵ protein,
(ii) a nucleic acid sequence encoding a functional chimeric human/mouse CD3δ protein that comprises an extracellular domain of a human CD3δ protein,
(iii) a nucleic acid sequence encoding a functional chimeric human/mouse CD3γ protein that comprises an extracellular domain of a human CD3γ protein, and
(iv) 5′ and 3′ homology arms that are homologous to a genomic region that is 5′ to a mouse CD3ϵ gene and homologous to a genomic region that is 3′ to a mouse CD3γ gene, respectively.
