1. A transmitter to transmit a differential output signal across complementary first and second output nodes, the transmitter comprising:
a first switched current source having a first control terminal and a first output terminal coupled to the first output node, the first switched current source to selectively draw a constant pull-up current from the first output node;
a second switched current source having a second control terminal and a second output terminal coupled to the first output node, the second switched current source to selectively draw a constant pull-down current from the first output node;
a third switched current source having a third control terminal and a third output terminal coupled to the second output node, the third switched current source to selectively draw the constant pull-up current from the second output node;
a fourth switched current source having a fourth control terminal and a fourth output terminal coupled to the second output node, the fourth switched current source to selectively draw the constant pull-down current from the second output node; and
a serializer to serialize a data signal for transmission as the differential output signal.
