1. A service provider system comprising:
a non-transitory memory; and
one or more hardware processors coupled to the non-transitory memory and configured to read instructions from the non-transitory memory to cause the service provider system to perform operations comprising:
receiving a phone call from a first phone device to a first phone number associated with an interactive voice response (IVR) system of the service provider system;
receiving, from the first phone device during the phone call, a second phone number for a second phone device of a user;
performing a contact lookup process using the second phone number;
determining an account of the user from the contact lookup process;
performing an identity challenge of the user for the account during the phone call using the IVR system;
receiving a response to the identity challenge during the phone call;
determining that the user passed the identity challenge based on the response;
determining, in response to the user passing the identity challenge, a user contact of the user using the contact lookup process; and
providing an access to the user contact via the IVR system.
