1. A system for delivering a prosthesis, the system comprising:
a replacement heart valve;
a delivery system comprising a catheter; and
a universal stabilizer for the delivery system, the universal stabilizer comprising:
a longitudinally extending rail having an upper facing surface and a lower facing surface;
a stationary clamp attached to the lower facing surface of the longitudinally extending rail;
a moveable clamp attached to the lower facing surface of the longitudinally extending rail and spaced longitudinally away from the stationary clamp, wherein the moveable clamp is configured to translate along the longitudinally extending rail, thereby providing compressible attachment of the longitudinally extending rail to different sized surfaces; and
a rail dock attached to the upper facing surface of the longitudinally extending rail, the rail dock configured to mate with a delivery system holder on an upper facing surface of the rail dock, wherein the rail dock is configured to translate along the longitudinally extending rail,
wherein the rail dock comprises a plate having a foot configured to lock the rail dock onto the rail when the plate is slidably compressed against an outside portion of the rail.
