1. A system for redacting light-emitting screens in an image recorded at an incident, the system comprising:
a redaction computing device comprising a detection engine, the redaction computing device configured to perform first operations comprising:
detecting, via the detection engine, a light-emitting screen of a display recorded in the image;
transmitting an indication of the detected light-emitting screen over a network; and
extracting redacted media comprising a redacted image in which pixels in the image associated with the detected light-emitting screen are redacted; and
a client computing device configured to perform second operations comprising:
receiving the indication of the detected light-emitting screen from the redaction computing device over the network;
in accordance with the indication, displaying a redaction mask associated with the detected light-emitting screen; and
transmitting an instruction associated with the displayed redaction mask, wherein:
the extracting comprises extracting the redacted media in accordance with the transmitted instruction; and
the detection engine is trained using training data comprising one or more images in which a boundary between a light-emitting screen and a non-light-emitting bezel of a display included in each of the one or more images has been annotated.
