1. A mobile device comprising:
a transmit circuit configured to generate a plurality of digital transmit signals, the transmit circuit including a plurality of digital pre-distortion circuits each operable to provide digital pre-distortion to a corresponding one of the plurality of digital transmit signals in a first mode of the transmit circuit, a coefficient comparator circuit configured to generate a trimming control signal based on a plurality of coefficients of the plurality of digital pre-distortion circuits, and a plurality of digital to radio frequency converters configured to convert the plurality of digital transmit signals into a plurality of radio frequency signals; and
a front end system including a plurality of power amplifiers each configured to amplify a respective one of the plurality of radio frequency signals, and a power amplifier trimming circuit configured to control trimming of the plurality of power amplifiers based on the trimming control signal.
