1. A system for configuring resource-efficient notifications in a medical computer system, comprising:
a portal processor;
a communications interface, operatively coupled to the portal processor, wherein the communications interface is configured to receive patient data and patient feedback data associated with a patient; and
a portal database, operatively coupled to the portal processor, wherein the portal database comprises system patient data associated with other patients,
wherein the portal processor is configured to
process a data model for medical regimen data to calculate a baseline notification schedule based on the patient data, wherein the baseline notification schedule comprises content and notification frequency for individual notifications,
automatically process the patient data and/or patient feedback data to determine word vectors and embedded vectors,
execute statistical/predictive processing on the processed patient data and/or patient feedback data to determine a patient characteristic,
determine an access matrix for the baseline notification schedule, the access matrix comprising at least one group encryption level and security class for recipients of the baseline notification schedule,
modify, via the portal processor, the baseline notification schedule based on the determined patient characteristic to form a modified schedule for transmission in the system, wherein one or more messages of the modified schedule for transmission are configured with the at least one group encryption level and security class, and
transmit the one or more messages of the modified baseline notification to the medical computer system, wherein access to the transmitted one or more messages is restricted according to the at least one group encryption level and security class.
