1. A system, comprising:
a memory having stored thereon instructions; and
a processor unit coupled with the memory, the processor unit configured to execute the instructions to cause the processor unit to execute:
a sync transfer engine that transfers information copies from a first node to a second node;
a splitter that synchronously sends information to a first storage device of the first node and utilizes the sync transfer engine to send a copy of the information to a second storage device of the second node; and
a resync engine that tracks log information regarding operation of the splitter, wherein the resync engine utilizes the log information to resynchronize the first node and the second node.
