1. An eye tracking system comprising
a lens assembly having a scene side and an eyebox side;
an image sensor positioned within the lens assembly to capture reflected light that is reflected from the eyebox;
a first optical element carried by the lens assembly and configured to at least partially direct scene light around the image sensor, wherein the first optical element is positioned between the image sensor and the scene side of the lens assembly; and
a second optical element carried by the lens assembly and positioned to at least partially conceal the image sensor from an eye in the eyebox, wherein the second optical element is configured to receive the scene light and direct the scene light towards the eye, wherein the second optical element is positioned between the image sensor and the eyebox side of the lens assembly, wherein the second optical element includes a dichroic layer configured to reflect visible wavelengths of the scene light towards the eyebox, wherein the dichroic layer is configured to transmit at least some non-visible wavelengths of the reflected light from the eyebox to the image sensor.
