1. A medical device for treating and/or diagnosing a paranasal sinus condition, said medical device comprising:
a flexible hollow cannula configured to be at least partially inserted through an ostium into a sinus cavity of a subject, said flexible hollow cannula comprising a flexible grinding wire configured to rotate along a longitudinal axis thereof and thereby grind, chop and/or stir material present in said sinus cavity and/or inside said hollow cannula, wherein said flexible grinding wire is configured to grind material within the flexible hollow cannula essentially along a length thereof.
